Refunds and Shipping
Shipping Times Orders are delivered within 2-5 business days in the US Canada/Australia: International 2-5 business days All orders placed on a Friday will take longer then normal as we are closed at the weekend.
Refunds / Returns Orders placed through the Harklinikken web shop can be returned within 60 days of the purchase date. Please contact our customer service representatives at 1-877-657-0100, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (EST), if you need help with your order in any way. You are also welcome to email us on info@harklinikken.com. Please include your order number when emailing us.
There will be a $10 fee for shipping and handling of domestic returns.
Regarding Extracts: Please note that Extracts are non-refundable items. Each bottle is carefully hand-blended for each client and is therefore not covered by the 60 day Refund / Returns policy.
Damaged Packages If your order from Harklinikken arrives damaged and/or unusable, please contact our customer service department within the next business day so that we can help resolve the issue. Pre-existing Conditions Should you have forgotten to disclose any pre-existing conditions like severe irritation or redness on your scalp, if you have been diagnosed with any alopecia or telogen effluvium, or currently use other hair loss treatments, we always encourage you to contact us before placing your order. Should we identify that it might not be the best time for you to start your hair journey, we will happily issue a refund for any unused products.
